Linda Marshall, President
As lead consultant and facilitator, Linda brings over 30 years’ experience developing emerging leaders, teams and individuals.
Linda has shown me the tools for improving my Emotional Intelligence, self-awareness and mindfulness. Her ability to use current events and similar everyday struggles in her course has helped me to relate the tools she has shared, for use with my own challenges. As I use these tools I see improvements in my communication with coworkers, friends, acquaintances and my family resulting in happier, healthier relationships and overall wellbeing.
After the culmination of a fulfilling 32-year career in senior roles, Linda Marshall is now the proud president of Marshall Connects, TV Host of Business Wellness aired on Cable 14, and Author of ‘Giving Back, How to Find Your Personal Joy and Make a Difference to Others’.
As an espeakers expert, Linda facilitates workshops, consulting services and offers motivational speaking to organizations and businesses looking to fully engage their staff and team. Emotional Intelligence, Employee Engagement, Social Awareness, Relationship Management, and Work-Life Balance are vital components of every successful business.
As a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, (CAPS), and certified as Emotional Intelligence Instructor (EITC) and Personality Dimensions Facilitator®, Linda Marshall brings her on-the-ground experience to help businesses succeed in developing and maintaining strong leadership and team dynamics. When writing her book, Linda wanted it to be more than just a motivational read. It was important to her to offer continued personal growth. There are nine chapters that focus on key elements that will enhance your life. Each chapter has ‘Consider This’ exercises that ask you vital self-reflecting questions.
When organizations are looking to increase resilience and excellence in their employees, she is often asked to speak on a topic from her book; Joy, Gratitude, Respect, Optimism, and Legacy are all important aspects of being resilient in our personal and professional lives.
