Leading With Emotional Effectiveness
This 7-hour intensive workshop provides you with new insights and an action plan for elevating your effectiveness as a leader using critical elements of emotional intelligence.
What Makes an Emotionally Effective Leader?
Emotionally Intelligent leaders employ specific emotional and social skills to impact how they perceive and express themselves, develop and maintain relationships, and cope with everyday challenges. These skills help them get better results, faster, and with less stress and drama.

Emotional Intelligence in Leadership is the way to build engaged committed employees. Knowing, understanding and implementing great emotional intelligence skills will be the way to draw, keep and grow employees within an organization. Half the battle is creating an environment that employees want to engage in and one that motivates and nurtures a strong work ethic. People will produce, go above and beyond and enjoy their jobs when they are led by Emotional Intelligence. This is what I have learned through Linda Marshall’s Emotional Intelligence Training for Leadership.

Emotional Intelligence & Leadership
Research shows that successful leadership correlates strongly with high Emotional Intelligence (EI). While some aspects of an individual's EI may be inherent, understanding the key competencies is at the core of developing more vital skills.

What builds great and sustainable organizations are leaders with a high degree of business acumen—specific skills, planning and control—and Emotional Intelligence—methods to keep people motivated and engaged. Leaders who have a sensitivity to relationships and do a good job of building relationships have something beyond business skills that help organizations succeed. They have highly developed, emotionally intelligent behaviours.
