- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp. melted butter
- 1 cup plus 3 oz milk
- Pinch of salt
- Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer.
- Place ingredients into an empty milk jug or a large pitcher to pour the batter
- These turn out thin and so tasty!
