Emotionally Effective Leadership Competencies

  • I highly recommend Linda Marshall’s workshop on The Emotionally Effective Leader for all professionals looking to develop their skills as leaders in the workforce. It was extremely educational and I left with a great deal of information about where I can improve in order to be a better, more effective leader. It was very eye opening to learn how crucial emotional intelligence is for leaders to possess and I learned so many useful techniques to help build on my skills.
