In particular, it provides concrete suggestions for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients. The EQ-i 2.0: Leadership - Self-Assessment provides awareness on your level of emotional intelligence in relation to leadership competencies. In particular, it provides a leadership assessment, suggestions for placement, training of leadership skills, and understanding potential success hinders. All of which is based on data collected from 200 successful leaders (senior managers to C-level executives), your results are not only shown against this comparison group but key relationships between EQ-i 2.0 subscales and leadership outcomes are outlined.
