Lisa is an entrepreneur who encourages women to “self-love’ through self-awareness, discipline and making time to exercise and keep healthy. While Lisa’s life is extraordinarily busy, she makes no excuses about being too busy to work out and take care of herself. She shares numerous ways to exercise at home or work to get gym like results when it’s not possible to work out at a facility.
