Business Wellness in Hamilton, Season 4, Episode 3

Host Linda Marshall invites her guest to discuss the importance of striving for excellence instead of perfection on Episode 3, Season 4 of Business Wellness in Hamilton

Do you consider yourself a perfectionist, or would you like to be one? For many, driving toward perfection, being flawless, and continually measuring their performance to live error-free is their ultimate goal. Some believe that having high standards and working toward excellence is the same as perfection, but it is not! You can have high standards with a commitment to excellence and not be a perfectionist. Often people strive for perfection out of fear of failure and spend time mourning disappointments instead of reveling in achievements and planning future accomplishments

Join my special guest Dr. Zari Gill, Global Health Professional and Social Entrepreneur, and me as we investigate the topics of excellence and perfection for the premiere show on Friday, October 2, at 8:00 pm.
