Host Linda Marshall invites her guest to the importance of relationship management on Episode 9, Season 4 of Business Wellness in Hamilton

How important is it for you to develop strong relationships with others? Relations with others are only as good as the effort put forth to make them successful. Interacting with others is not always stress-free, but it's an essential part of our existence; therefore, developing secure relationship connections should be a priority. Relationship management skills can be enhanced, and they tap into three emotional intelligence competencies: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, and Social Awareness. Once we get to know ourselves and what makes us tick through these personal and social competencies, we can thrive socially and develop strong relationships with others.

Join my special guest, Dr. Cebert Adamson, Dean, Continuing Education, Academic Quality, Library and Centre for Teaching & Learning, Mohawk College, and me to discuss the importance of relationship management for the premiere show on Friday, November 13, at 8:00 pm.
