EQ 360: Workplace Assessment

The EQ 360: Workplace Assessment includes not only the feedback of all raters but also the participants self-report. This report will include a one-page overview outlining your results on 15 competencies, as well as an analysis of the individual's responses directly compared to the responses of their raters. The gap analysis indicates the areas where there is high versus a low level of agreement between the individual and their raters, and it highlights potential blind spots for review.

EQ 360: Leadership Assessment

The EQ 360: Leadership Assessment is the most comprehensive way of examining a leader’s emotional intelligence and provides an in-depth look at the individuals’ strengths and areas to develop through a leadership lens. This report compares the individuals' view of themselves with observations from others. This report provides a full 360-degree perspective on the individuals’ emotional intelligence profile and how that impacts their leadership abilities. Completing the EQ 360: Leadership Assessment will identify the importance of emotional and social functioning as it applies to various aspects of an individuals’ leadership abilities and professional success.
